European Court of Human Rights for the first time passed the decision on Russian Federation without participation of the Russian judge

European Court of Human Rights passed two decisions concerning Russian Federation. In materials affairs of the journalist and human rights activists Zoe Svetova in which apartment carried out search in 2017, found violations of the European convention on human rights. The similar decision the court took out in the matter of the Chechen activist Kutaev Ruslan who reported about tortures. The human rights activist Pavel Chikov noted that European Court of Human Rights for the first time after an exit Russian Federation from Council of Europe passed the decision without participation of the Russian judge.
