Brazil asked Russian Federation to transfer its presidency to BRICS

The request as an exception to change sequence of presidency in the organization was connected with plans Brazil to head G20 in 2024, explained in department. "Certainly, we positively responded to a request of the Brazilian partners" — told in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
