The chairman Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation requested the report on violation of the housing rights of the orphan child to Amur Region

On social networks material in which it is reported about allocation to the orphan child from Amur Region unsuitable housing for accommodation is placed. On this fact investigating authorities of Investigation department Investigative committee The Russian Federation on Amur region earlier brought criminal case concerning a fulfilling duty of chapter of Administration of the Selemdzhinsk district according to p.1 Art. 293 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (negligence).
