Applicability of provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation about transactions in disputes on contest of solutions of meetings and charters of economic societies Digmar Younis Material release No. 2 (379) 16-31 of January, 2023. The matter in a section of a ratio of transactions and solutions of meetings practically did not raise until recently doubts at the colleagues practicing in the sphere of corporate disputes, and did not generate questions in law-enforcement practice.
