In Mogocha on Oktyabrskaya Street this morning there was a break of a pipe of a heating main. The situation on control was taken by the staff of Head department of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters in Zabaykalsky Territory.
