Leninsky District district court cities Vladivostok Primorsky territory recognized today the former town governor Oleg Gumenyuk guilty of bribery for total amount of 38 million rubles and sentenced to 16 years and 6 months of a colony of a high security and a penalty of 150 million rubles. The ex-mayor called the process by "court" and promised to achieve a justification.
