Four of eight samples of boiled Doctor's sausage under popular trademarks do not conform to state standard specification requirements. Examination tests specialists of the State regional center of standardization carried out, metrology and tests in Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region (Federal state-funded institution "Test-S.-Peterburg").
