On JSC "SMZ" re-elected board of directors

Russian Federation in the person of Federal Agency for State Property Management received 89,4% of actions of the enterprise which were withdrawn from group of minority shareholders according to the court decision in property. JSC "SMZ" opened information on solutions of general meeting of shareholders. On it the new structure boards of directors was elected, it consists of nine people. Minpromtorn's representatives entered it Russian Federation and Federal Agency for State Property Management. In the decision it is said that 357 813 (three hundred fifty seven thousand eight hundred thirteen) voting shares that makes 89,8414% of voices participated in meeting.
