Bovt Andrey is exempted from criminal liability and sent to Psychiatric hospital

City Court of the Gatchina district of the Leningrad region exempted from Bovt Andrey. The father having many children from Gatchina was accused of sexual violence over children. Court was recognized by Bovt Andrey deranged. It is sent for compulsory treatment in psychiatric clinic. The head of a large family detained in his private house in the village Himozi in December, 2019.
