Prosecutor's office of the Tbilisskaya district of the Krasnodar Territory within implementation of supervision of observance of the legislation on addresses of citizens to activity administrations of the Tbilisi rural settlement revealed violations. It is established that in defiance of the Federal law "About an order of consideration of addresses of citizens to Russian Federation" answers are given to applicants after the 30-day term established by the law and only after intervention of prosecutor's offices the area. Taking into account the stated prosecutor's office excited in the relation of officials of administration of the rural settlement of 4 cases on the administrative offense provided by Art. 5.59 of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 195-FZ "On the Code on Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation"...
