FC "Strogino District" passed licensing

On May 15 to Russian Federation procedure of licensing of football clubs started. It for the first time passes by new rules which were accepted after arrival Nicholas Aleksandrovich Tolstykh on a post of the president FUR. In particular, clubs are obliged to provide now in FUR all information on transfers of players and contracts with agents. Also close attention is paid to financial fair play.
