Court stopped criminal case about abuse of authority concerning the former head Forestry Department of the Primorsky Territory Rybin Dimitri. To it only appointed a penalty in 250 thousand rubles, however prosecutor's office disagreed with such decision and achieved its cancellation. Business will direct on new consideration.
