The group which was in a state administration of the Lithuanian railway companies Lietuvos gelezinkeliai remains obliged to pay €20 million – a penalty for the site of a cloth dismantled in 2008 from the Latvian Renge to Lithuanian Mazeikiai, decided European court (SSES), transfers agency to LETA.
