In 2023 Government of the Russian Federation and MINZDRAV decided to begin to do in real earnest immersion of therapy of hepatitis C in the compulsory health insurance program, to increase volumes of out-patient medical aid and medical rehabilitation, to bring dispensary supervision out of per capita financings, thereby having raised its demand, and also to copy methods and tariffs of hi-tech medical aid (VMP).
