Prosecutor's office ulus Ust-Maysky Sakha (Yakutia) Republic carried out an inspection of observance of the administrative legislation. It is established that in April, 2022 the head of municipal educations "the Settlement Eldikan" is brought to administrative responsibility according to Art. 17.7 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences in the form of a penalty for non-performance of legal requirements of the prosecutor. The resolution of vessels entered validity. At the same time in defiance of Art. 32.2 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences the administrative penalty is not paid in due time by the official.
