LZ: To Switzerland the official accused of racism because of words about the Ukrainian refugees

The Swiss Luzerner Zeitung edition reported that Canton of Luzern Guido Graf accused the head of department of social services and health care of racism. It occurred after his statements concerning the Ukrainian refugees.
