The Valuysky interdistrict prosecutor's office carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation about traffic safety in activity ADMINISTRATION OF THE VALUYKI CITY GORODSKOGO OKRUGA. It is established that in defiance of legislation requirements certification of highways, being in property of municipal educations, is not carried out. At the same time certification is necessary for obtaining full information on technical condition, quality, degree of wear of roads.
