The prime minister Armenia Nikol Vovaevich Pashinyan declared that moving of people from Russian Federation to Armenia in 2022 positively affected national economy. He reported about it to journalists, transfers information agency "ITAR-TASS". According to him, the gain of gross domestic product made 12,5-13%. Thus initially the government predicted only 7% of GDP growth in connection with moving of Russians. Earlier chapter of Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Armenia Vagan Kerobyan recommended to use the best efforts in order that newly arrived Russians did not leave the republic and remained for a long time.
