International union of telecommunication presented a new administrative board - RSpectr

International union of telecommunication (MSE) replaced an administrative board. So, on January 1, 2023 Doreen Bogdan-Martin entered a position of the Secretary general of the organization. She became the first woman who has headed the union from the moment of its foundation in 1865. MSE also presented the new administrative board.
