Exactly a quarter of the century back in Saratov, earlier, than to only Russian Federation, was closed by sobering-up stations

25 years passed since January 1, 1998 when to Saratov Region doors of the most scandalous and abused divisions of the District Department of Internal Affairs – medical sobering-up stations slammed. Our region became the pioneer in elimination "trezvyakov", initiators of it became the governor of that time Dimitri Fedorovich Ayatskov and well-known Alexander Lando. In all other Russian Federation this process was dragged out already till 2012. To remember anniversary of closing of sobering-up stations now especially it is pertinent that in left 2022 it is decided to revive these establishments.
