Prosecutor's office cities Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Kamchatka territory carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on town planning. It is established that Administration of the city district Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsk for 2 years eight times refused to the businessman – the resident of free port Vladivostok delivery of permission to construction an administrative center. Thus legal grounds for adoption of such decisions were not available for municipality.
