Ski resorts France and Switzerland work with restrictions because of shortage of snow

Many ski resorts in the Alps and the Pyrenees faced a problem of shortage of snow on slopes, report the European mass media. According to BFM-TV data, in total to France about 50% of routes are closed. The worst situation with the snow developed in the French Pyrenees where a quarter of routes is open for descent of skiers and snowboarders approximately only. More favorable situation developed in the southern part of the Alps where about 75% of routes work.
