We light "A fir-tree of desires"! Today New Year's desires were granted at several children who this year especially want to be trusted in a miracle. Kind wizards became for them the head of the Kirov city settlement Svetlana Vorozhtsova and the head of administration Olga Krotova. Together with the Snow Maiden they congratulated boys and girls on coming New Year 2017 and wished to believe in good, to be on friendly terms, obey parents, well to study, play sports and creativity in new 2023.
