Against the person involved in "The Moscow business" Wladyslaw Sinitsa who since 2019 serves five-year sentence on charge of incitement of hatred and threats of application of violence to relatives of security officers, opened new criminal case. As the Network Freedoms human rights organization reports, it suspect of appeals to extremist activity on Internet (h. 2 Art. 280 of the criminal code of Russian Federation).
