In Krasnoyarsk today pronounced a sentence to the former vice-chairman Sovetskogo of regional vessels to Tupeko Sergei. it was accused by Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation for term serving. Tupeko Sergei sentenced to 13 years of a colony of a high security, a penalty of 6 million rubles and detained.
