Appeal Court of Kiev in absentia arrested the former Minister of Defence Ukraine

Appeal Court of Kiev in absentia arrested the ex-Minister of Defence Ukraine Mikhail Yezhel. On it case on state change for participation in development the Kharkov agreements in 2010 is opened. About the court decision reported at office of the public prosecutor Ukraine.
