Court in Kiev considered constitutional the law on UPTs renaming

Moscow, on December 27 - newspaper "Argumenty i fakty". Constitutional Court of Ukraine decided that the law which obliges initial Ukrainian orthodox church (UPTs) to specify in the name accessory to Russian Federation, corresponds to the main legal act of the country. Court at plenary session made today the decision that amendments to article 12 of the law Ukraine "About a freedom of worship and the religious organizations" are constitutional, is spoken in the message on a site of vessels.
