In Yutaza district the 42-year-old man will appear before court for evasion from payment of the alimony

Prosecutor's office Yutaza district Republic of Tatarstan approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 42-year-old local. He is accused of commission of the crimes provided p.1 by Art. 157 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (failure to pay funds for the maintenance of children). According to inquiry, since July, 2019 according to the solution of vessels the person involved in business is obliged to pay funds for the maintenance of the minor child. However during the period from April to October, 2022 accused evaded from payment of the alimony and rendering financial supports to the child.
