The board of the International historical vessels in Kaliningrad finished consideration claims to Vatican City with the requirement to oblige all Catholics of the world to celebrate Christmas not on December 25, and on January 7. Following the results of ballot of 9 of 10 judges recognized requirements reasonable and took out the instruction to the Sacred throne to make corresponding changes to normative documents of Catholic church.
