Glanced for the new horizons

Since 2013 in our country the New Horizons literary award for a work of art of a fantastic genre, original on subject, images and style as the award site says is annually awarded. The award was founded in 2013 by Vladimirsky Vasilii and Shikarev Sergei. It sets as the purpose to note texts and to encourage authors, "expanding borders of a genre and investigating territories outside traditional literary fields", as is reflected in the award name.
