JSC Ediny operator (enters into Avtodor Group structure) starts neuronet testing with opportunity to read out dirty or unreadable numbers of cars on TsKAD and M-12 "East". Their owners do not pay for travel and leave from penalties. The neuronet will analyse a database of all vehicles ever passing on paid sites in search of suitable coincidence.
