Taimyr causes to a board

Taimyr deputies expressed "a negative assessment" State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation to the bill which gives the chance to the regional authorities to take over under control municipal schools and kindergartens. Authors of amendments are sure that changes will serve introduction "to effective regional model of the centralized managements in system of educations regarding increase of guarantees of realization of the rights being trained".
