To the Helsinki group not a place even in Moscow

Capital management Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation demand to liquidate the oldest human rights NPO of the country — Moscow Helsinki Group (MHG; is valid from 1976). As found out newspaper "Kommersant", MHG charge with 11 violations of the law "About NPO", all of them are anyway connected with "an exit out of limits territorial activity". The Ministry of Justice considers that human rights activists of the regional organization (that is the territory limited in the work Moscow) had no right to participate even in the online actions organized in other cities and the more so to visit loud trials out of the capital.
