The appeal board of the Supreme vessels left without change the decision on refusal in satisfaction claims Valery Rashkin which challenged the early termination of powers of the deputy of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from Communist Party of the Russian Federation, reported in the press service of vessels. The draft of the resolution on the early termination of its powers was approved on May 25 by deputies of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
