The Ukrainian intelligence services detained the man who has hoisted eight years ago the Russian colors over the city hall Kharkiv. By data Security Service of Ukraine, the detainee called for change of borders Ukraine and to storm of municipal authority. Incident took place in February, 2014 during an action in support of Kherson Region Mikhail Markovich Dobkin and the mayor Gennady Kernes.
