In State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the bill of ratification of changes is introduced in rules of the address of medical products in Eurasian Economic Union

The government introduced in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the bill of ratification protocols about modification of the Agreement on the uniform principles and rules of the address of medical products within Eurasian Economic Union of December 23, 2014. The relevant protocol was signed by member states of Eurasian Economic Union on June 10, 2022. The document, in particular, provides extension till December 31 of this year of opportunity to submit the application for examination or registration of a medical product in the order provided by the national legislation of the member state.
