To Russian Federation pronounced the first sentences under new articles about desertion and unauthorized leaving of part during mobilization. About it writes the Medizona edition * which studied sites of garrison warships. On December 14 Murmansk region Garrison military court pronounced a sentence concerning Malyshev Maxime. He was accused of desertion during mobilization, and also of attempt at illegal crossing of border (ch.3 by UK Art. 338; ch.3 UK Art. 30, p.1 UK Art. 322).
