Court appeal instance left without change a sentence to the former employee of the customs condemned to imprisonment for receiving bribes

Khankaysky district district court Primorsky territory 29.08.2022 found the former employee of customs guilty of commission of the crimes provided by h. 3, item "in" of h. 5 Art. 290 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (receiving bribes in considerable and large sizes for illegal inaction) also sentenced to 9 years of imprisonment in a colony of a high security with a penalty of 5,5 million rubles, with deprivation of the right to hold positions in the public and municipal service, connected with implementation of functions of the authority for a period of 5 years.
