Prosecutor's office Tarbagatai district Republic of Buryatia carried out an inspection according to the address of the local resident about violation of her labor law. It is established that the declarant who is the specialist of administration of the rural settlement, on the basis of the order of head of municipal educations in defiance of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 197-FZ "On the Labor Code of the Russian Federation" was withdrawn from educational holiday.
