In Saint Petersburg the XXII International winter festival "Arts Square" devoted to the 140 anniversary of Deserved collective of Russian Federation of the academic symphonic orchestra of the Petersburg philharmonic hall – the oldest symphonic orchestra of the country created in 1882 by command of the emperor Alexander Izrailevich Rudin III opened.
