New approach to therapy of an illness of Gentington is offered: to prevent synthesis of the toxic protein causing an illness, used the CRISPR-Cas13d system aimed at MRNK of a mutant gene of protein gentingtina. At mice with a similar mutation to whom entered into a brain the virus vector bearing a therapeutic design, coordination of movements improved and the brain atrophy was not observed.
