To Astrakhan Region handed over awards to the first winners of a literary award of a name of Nariman of Narimanov

The administration Narimanov district at the initiative of regional office SOYUZ PISATELEY RUSSIA in April of this year founded a literary award of a name of Nariman of Narimanov — the Azerbaijani writer, the political and public figure.
