The large-scale gastronomic festival competition "Yamal Stroganina — 2022" revealed the best culinary masters Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District

On December 12, 2022 the IV festival competition on planing of fish and a venison "Yamal stroganina – 2022" Came to the end. It collected the five of masters from different corners Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District in the village Yar-Sal. Contestants from Salekhard, Shuryshkar, New Port, Aksarki and Yar-Sal battled in skill of preparation of national dishes of indigenous people of Far North. The competitive part of the program passed in three stages: preparation stroganiny from crude cervine meat, preparation stroganiny from crude fish and presentation of dishes.
