To Amur Region in a feather of baby birds of storks the high content of mercury, cadmium and arsenic was revealed. In the region works on an assessment of influence of agricultural chemistry on cranes and storks were carried out. It will help experts to develop recommendations for agricultural producers on decrease in negative influence on Red Book birds, reports WWF. Research was conducted by experts of the Hingansky reserve, public organizations "The Amur social-and-ecological union" and FEDERAL STATE-FUNDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION FOREIGN ECONOMIC ASSOCIATION FAR EAST STATE INDEPENDENT INSTITUTION with support of WWF.
