Elon Musk: Twitter will remove 1.5 billion inactive accounts

Elon Musk, the present owner of Twitter, reported that the social network will remove 1.5 billion inactive accounts. Those profiles in which there are no publications are considered as those and their owners did not come into a network "for years". The formulation very indistinct therefore it is unclear, which period will be considered. Elon Musk also did not open the reason and the beginning of process.
