Football union Serbia fined 21 thousand dollars for a political banner which was placed in a locker room before a match with Brazil in the first round of a group stage FIFA World Cup in Qatar. As specifies information agency "Associated Press", on this flag the card Serbia was represented which included the territory Kosovo, also there was the slogan "Not Be Given".
