FOMS: patients began a thicket to complain of the medical aid organization in clinics

The number of complaints on the medical aid organization in clinics in nine months 2022 grew by 13% in comparison with the similar period of previous year, the director told FOMS Balanin Ilya at the XV All-Russian conference "Medicine and Quality — 2022". In total for January – October, 2022 in FOMS 3,8 million addresses against 4,4 million for the similar period of 2021 arrived. From them 27,1 thousand (0,7%) fell on complaints the addresses that is comparable to indicators of 2021.
