About recognition of foreign digital signatures

At the Forum of EDO organized past week by Academy of information systems, the head of legal department of Mintsifra Roman Kuznetsov told that department agreed with Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation about entering into Federal law of the Russian Federation of 6 April 2011 No. 63-FZ "On Electronic Signature" (63-FZ) amendments that participants of the civil relations can agree among themselves about application the foreign Digital signature as unqualified Digital signature without the conclusion Russian Federation the relevant international contracts.
