Contract about development and support of youth was signed in Vladivostok, reports KONKURENT.RU. Yesterday, on November 30, the city hall of the Far East capital and JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ITS "SOYUZPROYEKTSTROY" "Inspirers" concluded the cooperation agreement in the organization of projects in the sphere of developments and youth supports.
