Inspectors from institutes Swissmedic found out that in a number of clinics Switzerland are observed serious problems with disinfection of medical tools. Approximately in eight of 20 inspected Swiss hospitals norms of sanitation are broken. For example, in one of them it was possible to see how sterile endoscopes lay near just used surgical scalpels.
